Montgomery Risk Partners does not use a website contact form. You may contact us by phone, email, or the external booking calendar. Information entered in the calendar is handled by the calendar provider under its privacy terms.
How information is used
Information shared by phone, email, or calendar may be used to schedule a meeting, respond to your request, and begin the insurance procurement process. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical information, payment or bank details, passwords, or insurance documents through general email or calendar notes.
Spot and brokerage partners
Contact information may be shared with Spot and its brokerage partners and with service providers as needed to respond to your request.
Website usage measurement
This website uses PostHog, a product-analytics service, to record which pages are viewed and which links, buttons, and scheduling routes are used. Those records include technical details such as an IP address, browser type, referring page, and an identifier stored in your browser so repeat visits can be recognised. We use the information to understand how visitors move through the site and to improve it. PostHog processes the data under its own privacy terms.
